Precautions for the production and installation of the water separator
Because the water separator is a pressurized container, it can generally be processed by a professional manufacturer according to the user's requirements and the size of the drawing. When making on-site production, you must hold a pressure vessel production and processing certificate issued by the relevant department, otherwise it is not allowed to process and produce by yourself.
On-site production must use stamped heads. The diameter of seamless steel pipes is generally determined according to the circulating water volume, and the length of the manifold is determined by the number of outlet pipes and the diameter of the outlet pipe. The distance between the outlet pipes should be sufficient for the valve installed on the outlet pipe.
When welding short pipe flanges, ensure that after installing the valve, the operation direction of the handwheel is the same. No holes are allowed in the heads at both ends to take over. The height of the connected short pipes is the same, and shall not be less than the thickness of the insulation layer. The position of the pressure gauge and thermometer should be considered for the connection of the pipe.
The water divider is generally installed against the wall. When installing, a steel bracket can be used to support the water divider and fix it on the bracket with a U-shaped round steel pipe clamp. The pipe clamps should be installed evenly near the ends of the water divider. The distance between the water separator and the wall should ensure that the insulation construction operation distance and the valve body do not touch the wall, and the installation height should ensure that the drainage pipe and valve installation requirements.
The bracket production and installation should be constructed in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The length of the embedded wall should not be less than 2/3 of the wall thickness, and the bracket should be level and firm.
